Mother's Day 2017
We've come a long way.
So, for years I've had @#!&y luck. For years I've always been behind the eight ball. For decades I've struggled with one thing or another. Any single parent can relate, but my luck is just, well, non-existent (and I say it LOL because it's so bad you have to laugh by now).
Aside from all that beginning at age 7 1/2 when my parents split, I dropped a mirror in my third grade classroom and almost stayed back due to math problems (literally), aside from every speeding ticket I got (I always got caught), every job loss, car repair, health issue and divorce (yep more than 1)...I'm still here and my kids still love me.
I'm so not perfect. Not everything was just done to me, sometimes I've made choices hoping they're the right ones and well, sometimes they weren't...but my kids never once judged me and I know they really love me...read on to find out why.
