During the No Diet Challenge, our goal is to eat better and learn more.

We've educated ourselves a lot so far, but there are still so many questions unanswered.

Here are some links to health topics which are often debated about:

What's up with food cravings? Is it really mind over matter?

What's the deal with exercise? How much and what should I do?

These 10 Diet Myth Busters will surprise you.

Common Sleep Myths Explained

How much sleep can I get away with and be okay? - Depends on what you're willing to sacrifice.

What about the amount of sleep for my kids to be healthy?

What's my ideal weight?

I have one last one. It was something I came across that I think you will appreciate.
At one time SparkPeople.com was a just Spark, I think. Back then when I used it it was just a general goal setting website. Now it's for those looking to lose weight or get fit. While I have said repeatedly that I do not focus on weight (I strongly urge you to do the same) I did however find many interesting postings here (such as this one). I like that this site supports tracking, doesn't support diets or pills, and does not recommend starving yourself. Click here to learn more.
